when i use the remote the car sometimes won't lock so i have to use the key in the door.

Hard to tell without looking, but generally the first parts to scrape when going over curbs and speed humps are your exhaust, subframe rails, mudflaps, sill panels and bumpers. Low hanging parts depend on the car. You have to physically get underneath and check out what's scraping. Also is your car lowered, like does it have lowered suspension? If it does and scraping is that big of an issue, revert back to stock springs and shocks.
