Does the pallet expander and spacers really really really really hurt?

1.) Does the pallet expander hurt extrememely bad like you are going TO DIE when you turn it?2.) do spacers hurt extreeeeeeeeeeeeeeemely bad too?!?!?I have heard it does and don't and I just don't know!Please people with experience.10 EASY POINTS, U HELP ME I HELP U.

a lot of hard wood, some soft wood, for the ones that are reused a lot,hard wood

Dream on! I went that route to get a single piece of wood to fix a couch and it wasn't worth it. They use fluted nails and also the wood is of poor quality. Even if you could magically deconstruct the pallets it would still make a poor table. A crowbar helps but even so. You could find better furniture on the street
Pallet lumber is made from whatever is inexpensive and readily available in the locale where the pallets are made. The wood type varies markedly. I recall an individual who lived in the Philipines for several years and then was relocated to the US. He was surprised to find that the crates and pallets used for moving his goods were made of mahogany - which is a costly wood in the US but very inexpensive in the Phillipines.
