If you are using them for regular stuff like internet, e-mail, writing papers.they are good. If you are using them for any sort of music programs or even Itunes (with certain models)go with something else. My husband is a dj and has tried to install two expensive music programs on our Toshiba and they are not compatible. It's been so disappointing!
Yeah, Toshiba does. My old one was Toshiba and my parents have one. We've been happy with them. But my new laptop is a Dell and I love it.
Toshiba fans go bad quickly , i hope they fix that problem, besides that they are good laptops , i see nothing wrong with hp except in the past kept having bsod tested out the newer hp laptops no problems so far mainly the dv series , keep windows 7 if going with Hp , windows 8 is okay but windows 7 is great for gaming
Our family has 3 Toshiba laptops. All work very well. 2 are about 3 1/2 years old the other is about 2. The newer one, I dropped while carrying it and it still works, no damage to anything. I would buy one again.
