It's not so much that fact if Windows 7 Loader allows auto update or not. It's more along the lines of is the program smart enough to perform the activation bypass and the user would still be able to update his/her Windows. But besides that, yes Windows 7 Loader does the job the user will be able to update their Windows 7 just as like purchasing it.
