wrap the sandwich in the foil put it in the platic bag and then put it in the brown paper bag the rest of the meterials dont use GOOD LUCK:)
i agree with the person aboveIt is safe, small dogs have a core body temperature of 105 degrees and they aren't stupidIf they are hot they'll get out from under the blanketYou do need to be weary of chewing on chords though, especially if your dog is teethingThat would be my only concernAlso, watch for static sparks.
