We have to do an egg drop project for our Physics Class.The place we are dropping it off of is about 25 - 30 feet.We can only use paper, paper bag, plastic bag, tooth picks, tape (shitty tape), string, cotton balls, aluminum foil, straws, and cupsI don't know what design to do thoughWe tried just put like 4 paper cups together with a cotton ball in between each one as like a shock absorberWe put the egg in the cupAnd we just cut up straws and use them a cushion.it didn't work thoughWhat would be a good parachute?any ideas that would not crack the egg?
cut the paper bag to make a parachute also using the string, put the egg in a cup that is stuffed with cotton balls and hope;) or you could make lots of stuff out of strawsyou can a straw cacoon around the egg and ti ethe ends togetherfill the straws with cotton of foil or cut up the plastic bags into strips, then take two cups and suspend the egg inbetween teh cups with some cottonthers a youtube video of how to do this you could also just go on youtube of online and look up how to make an egg capsule with starws and youll get a lot of answers:) GOOD LUCK hope i helped
