I bought a house about a year and a half ago and it came with electrical smoke detectors (with NO battery backup), they only chirp when it gets below used to be 63 degrees, now they are chirping at anything under 68 and occasionally at 68 degrees, what does this mean, and how do I stop it from chirping???

The Republicans would put themselves out. They would not sit around waiting for the Dem's to confer in committee and make a decision (which would likely only lead to testing the process firstrequiring hundreds of millions of dollars). If the Dem's were on fire I do not think most of the Republicans would ask permission.they would just hit them with the fire hoses.in fact if they had fire hoses.they would likely hit them with them even if they were not on fire. ;)
