we recentley purchased an english buldog puppy and about a week after we purchased him we noticed he was having some breething problems after some research it appears to me to be a shortened pallet (he does also have a very smashed face) but anyways i know the surgery is offered but is there a chance that he can outgrow this issue or is this something that he will deal with his whole life its not an overly severe case as he doesnt have major breathing problems just at night and during excercise, is there any thing else that can be done to help alleviate this issue outside of the surgery?
