Erection requirements of scissors support
The scissors support is an important member of the foot arm which is longitudinally stable and strengthens the longitudinal rigidity. In order to ensure the whole scaffold structure deformation, height in single row scaffolding below 24 meters, must set a scissors at the ends of the facade, and from bottom to top continuous setting, middle scissors between the spacing should be less than 15 meters. Double rows of scaffolding over 24 meters shall be provided with scissors support at the entire length and height of the outer facade. The vertical brace must be provided, and the width of the cross cover shall not exceed 7 vertical poles, and the angle between the cross and the horizontal shall be 45 degrees ~60 degrees. The inner side of the scissors support is connected with the vertical rod at the intersection, and the outer part is stretched out with a small cross bar, and the outer part is extended. The length of the stay bar shall be lapped or butted. When lapped, the length of the lap shall not be less than 1 meters and shall be fixed with no less than 3 rotating fasteners.
The height below 24m single and double row scaffolding, must be at the two ends of the lateral sides are respectively provided with a scissors, and should be the bottom to top continuous setting; middle scissors between the spacing should be less than 15m.
The number of roots of each pair of scissors spanning the vertical bar shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of table 6.6.2. The width of each shear brace shall not be less than 4 spans, and shall not be less than 6m, and the inclination angle between the inclined bar and the ground shall be between 45 and ~60 degrees;
