Can someone tell me a good menu plan for at least 7 days for a low calorie fiber riched diet.? I am in need of finding some material on the best low calorie diet plan and on a diet riched in fiber.
Youll just end up sweating if you wear to much.

I usually stick to eating high fiber foods, which is really good for your bodyBreakfast- have either a serving of high fiber cereal(or bran) like Kashi Go Lean or Mini Wheats, stuff that has about 5 grams of fiberOr you can drink a fruit smoothies or eat a fruit saladDon't eat fruit pastries, come on it's most likely high frutose corn syrup in thereLunch-Have either fiber yogurt with a serving of almonds, peanuts or flaxseedsOr a salad or fruit saladDinner-Have a veggie burger(or any other type of veggie meat) with a salad and maybe a baked sweet patatoDessert-Anything with fruit, but make sure your not just putting mindless sugar or high frutose corn syrup in it.
