Question:

F1 car Hw help Please Please Please Answer as many as possible!!!!?

Can anyone answer these ?sWhat is the top speed of an F1 car/top speed of a drag car? What is the main purpose of the wings on an f1 car? What is the main purpose of the wings ion a plane?Between the car and the plane which wing creates lift which one creates down force?Which shape would be best for our application of a CO2 car? What kind of surface does an F1 car have Why?What are some requirements for car livery? (decals, team logos etc?)

Answer:

My kid was a waker she is now 2 and still every now and then wakes at around 4am. She has a dummy and looses it at night sometimes so i find it and shove it back in her mouth then off to sleep she goes :-) When she was around 15mths I stopped holding her when she had her bottle and started putting her to bed with it at around 7pm (which I no your not supposed to but she falls to sleep in bed with it rather than on the couch or in my arms) and seemed to sleep through the night, its only recently that she has started waking again but I think thats my fault putting her to bed to early! Do you have a early child care help place near you? We have a place called plunket which have great advice maybe you could talk to them :-) You arent alone loads of mums have little terrors we can't work out! good luck
Here are some of the answers. F1 car top speed - Max I have seen is 304 km/h Wings on an F1 car - To create down force Wings on a plane - To create Lift Lift and down force - Wings that have downward slope create lift to allow things to fly in the air where as wings with an upward slope create downforce to allow very fast cars eg F1 cars, Indy cars stay on the ground and be able to be controllable. Surface of an F1 car - The car body is made out of carbon fibre because it is a light but strong material, but to cover the livery is a coating of polycoat to make it more slip steam through the air.
I can answer a few of those Top speed of an F1 car is somewhere around 230mph. I know this because a fellow on Top Gear was driving a Bugatti Veyron and he exclaimed I'm now moving faster than an F1 driver as he went above 230mph. Top fuel dragsters on the other hand can go up to above 300mph. The wings and shape of an F1 car is there to produce down force on the car. In essence glueing the car to the road. Without this down force and F1 car is almost undriveable. Wings on a plane creates lift, so the plane can take off
1. A Formula One car can achieve different maximum speeds depending on the downforce levels applied to it. at the fastest track Monza in Italy the cars get to speeds of 225mph. A drag car can get up to speeds of 300+ mph. 2. The wings on an F1 car are to give the car downforce, to allow to take some corners at up to 180mph. The greater the speed, the greater the speed of the air flowing over the wing, which generates negative lift (opposite to what makes a plane fly) to push the car into the track. 3. Conversely, the wings on a plane generate positive lift, pulling the plane off the ground as the speed increases. 4. The F1 car creates negative lift (Downforce) and the Plane positive lift. 5. I don't quite understand what you mean, but from what I'm guessing you need a shape that is aerodynamic and creates as little drag as possible, to cut down on fuel consumption at higher speeds. Aerodynamic efficiency is key to designing any sort of race car. 6. By surface do you mean the materials that it is made from? If so a Formula One car is made almost entirely of Composite materials, in particular Carbon Fibre. 7. F1 car liveries are now mainly dictated by the advertising rules of most countries now. Tobacco advertising is now banned so most teams have taken the route of acquiring High-tech IT sponsors as both good marketing tools and good trading of resources. Hope this helps. but to expand on this perhaps you should do some more research yourself!?! :P
My son is now 19 months and for the most part he sleeps all night. But usually when he wakes up wanting to play, daddy is just getting home from work. So daddy will get him out and let him play for about 30 minutes then makes him go back to sleep. He only wakes up like this when daddy has to work late, t is really strange how he knows. Anyways, maybe just let him get up, but you have to interact with him. Ware him out again. Hopefully this helps you. We also let our son cry, usually he will only cry for 5 minutes or so then play by hisself in his bed then fall back asleep. He too sleeps about 12 hours a night. Seriously, if you want your child to go to bed at 10 or 11, then thats fine. The only reason my son goes to bed at 9 is because I have to get up early for work. If I didn't have to go to bed, I would let him stay up longer so he would sleep longer in the day for me. Don't let other people tell you when to put your child to sleep. It isn't any of their business.
