Answer:

I'm a vegetarian too. Iron from non meat sources is less easy to absorb. Vitamin C helps with the absorption of iron. and you'll find iron in beans, lentils, spinach and tomatoes (among other things) Also maybe take iron supplements or ferrous sulphate for a while until your levels are back to normal. If you're unsure, go to the doctors, they can test your iron levels, and if it's very low give you a prescription.
If its not insufficient sleep, or excessive work and labor, then nutrition-wise, lack of iron would be the one most-likely making you so tired. Iron helps carry oxygen throughtout your bloodstream. That's why people who are Anemic take iron pills to replenish their iron, as they would get tired and weak easier than those who are not. I myself have Anemia, where the iron in your blood is permanently low, and further intake of iron pills will not ameliorate the situation. Thus, I tend to take shorter breathes, get tired quicker than others, and ultimately am at a disadvantage at an athletic level. Less than 3% of men (my doctor told me this) have Anemia. But something tells me that number is a lot less in reality. Good luck!

For a vegetarian a good source of iron is nuts and some extra vitamin C will help to absorb more. Bread and cereals contain a bit of iron as well. There is very little iron in fish. If you are deficient in iron don't donate blood. If you are overloaded with iron, which can form iron plaque on your artery walls similar to cholesterol deposits, then do donate blood. Organic iron such as ferrous gluconate is absorbed better than inorganic iron such as ferrous sulphate, if you wish to take iron supplements.
Best to use SAE 30 grade this is recommended by Honda for this vehicle. Oil additives unfortunately don't help much and tend to be a waste of money.
