Answer:

Scrub the area with an anti-fungicide soap, then paint it with KILZ paintBoth found at Home DepotMold is hard to eliminate so be thorough in washing the old stuff away and rinse with bleach water and let it dryRepeat until mold is gone and walls are dryApply KILZ brand paint over molded/cleaned area. You may want to spray a bleach water mist over the infected area a few timesThe better the job you do in killing the mold before covering it up with paint, even fungus killing paint like KiILZ, the more likely your successBill
Run the vent straight up and out the roof or get a large volume fanIf there is mold, it has to be removedEverything that IS wet or WAS wet should be removed and replacedWhen it comes to mold there are no shortcuts it will only get worse.
If this keeps on happening why not reposition the vent fan, you can get window vent fans or wall vent fan or you could try a floor vent fan if you're not on a slab.
Hi there! Well, you have soluble fiber and insoluble fiber (things like cornHow fiber works is the insoluble fiber scrubs the crud off of your intestines, while soluble fiber absorbs waterFor fiber to do its job correctly, you need to drink plenty of waterIf you're not drinking enough water, you will get constipatedAnother thing about fiber is if you suddenly eat more fiber than you are used to, you will get gassy and have stomach crampsYour body just has to adjust to this changeYou can ease this adjustment by upping the fiber graduallyEat how you normally do, then up your fiber intake about five grams the next day, and so on Hope this is helpful.
