In Nov '05 i started having diaherra every morning b4 i went to school.and that had never happened before.later on, my doc said i lack fiber/roughage in my dietcurrently now i just eat rice,roast chicken,pasta,hamburgers,scambled eggs,waffles,and french fries at schi added mixed veggies and bananas to get the fiber backbut i've been eating this way for like a year and im still not completely regular,which poses a lot of prob's for mei know that im not gonna get the fiber back in an instant but i wish it was therewith the way my stomach is now i always have to watch what i eat which is beyond annoying and stressful especially when yr with your friendsSo finally i ask, what foods do i eat that have fiber, and is it possible that my stomach will go back to normal soon if i eat it????
