Answer:

You are a bit confused. Blanketing a fire with carbon dioxide kills the fire by asphyxiation.by displacing available Oxygen. There is no chemical reaction. What happens when you douse a fire with water. Does the water react with the combustibles within the fire? No, the water takes away the heat and drops the temperature below the ignition temperature.
Midas will put a generic one on for $100. They'll try to sell you a more expensive one, but there's no point in pouring money into a car that old.
Resin means composite or tooth colored filling some refer to this as a plastic filling, two surfaces means the size of the the filling/surfaces in that tooth that need to be filled i.e., Distal Buccal, Mesial Occlusal, Mesial Lingual and so on, perm/prim means permanent tooth/primary tooth (adult tooth/baby tooth). This description stems from the dental ADA code that is typed in to send to your insurance company. Every single dental procedure must have a code with a description linked to it for identification purposes. So when your dentists office was typing your treatment plan they just type in the codes of the treatment you need and all of this info. comes up. I'm sure the tooth and surfaces on located on there somewhere. Good Luck!
