Question:

Flat iron question?

Are flat irons with the word professional in its name better than the flat irons without the word professional?

Answer:

Nope, I think they're both the same 15-20 dollars is a good flat iron, i bought one about a year ago, marked professional and it sucked. then about 3 months ago, i bought a new one. Just a Conair flat iron. Not marked professional, and it works like a charm. as long as you pay about 15 or 20 for it, i can almost garuntee it will be great for you (L)
I personally think conair is the best straighteners. I have long thick hair and a 20$ conair straightener. i have to go over my hair 2 or 3 times, but it works like a charm compared to others i have tried. good luck*
No all flat irons are pretty much the same they heat up and straighten thats it. don't pay more for a flat iron just because you think it will be better cause it cost more it doesnt. i have have some that range from the price of (conair)$30-150 (CHI)and my favorite that didnt break was only $50(rusk) hope this helps
