Answer:

I don't know either, but it's not like I need to lose weightI NEED to GAIN weight actually But anyway, I think what you should do is to discipline yourselfBut that's not really practicalWhy don't you go get a hobby for yourself which will make you so busy that you will forget about foodAnd the hobby shouldn't be anything about foods (like cooking, baking, etc)Last week, my baby bunny was sick (I have a lot of pets, consider it as my hobby) and I had to attend to her for like 3 days (she got diarrhea) right before her death, and I so forgot about foods those daysIt really has nothing to do with your question really, but you get my point It's not about hating, it's about forgetting for a whileBecause no matter what you do, the love for food is still there.
Don't focus on weight, but lifestyle changes.
I love food and I lost weight by eating the right types of foodTry low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exerciseThe foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthyBrisk walking is great for burning body fatsLern to reduce suagr intakeRead Reducing Sugar Intake in my blogIt is my lifestyle nowI am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better healthI am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbsDetails such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blogXiaozhen
The fact that you want to hate food shows you've got a relationship with foodYou don't have to hate food to lose weight, you just have to look at it as something to fuel your body.
