You can't. Those offers that promise a free laptop are either data mining, or you have to sign up and pay for multiple offers, or you have to sign up and pay for offers AND have others sign up and pay for offers under your name. Regardless of the method, you WILL have to pay, and others may have to pay as well for this free laptop. But if you want to believe the offers, it is your money.
well maybe if they hold online questionnaires which the first winner gets free laptop and if you happen to be that first winner then maybe just maybe you'll get what you want or there's a ritchie rich who's got enough money to burn is kind enough to offer you free laptops otherwise don't even dream about getting ones
Some people throw out old laptops and list them for free on Freecycle or craigslist. At best you will get some ancient POS Pentium II or III with 128MB RAM and Windows 98.
I think, there is not website which is giving out free laptops. but i searched google for you and found a site, but i can't guarantee that you will get a real free laptop.
