But, considering the fact that you promise no fire or alcohol, You may have to contact a National Park Ranger for the region, and they may be able to grant you permission, with certain conditions eg. You cannot take certain items (eg. Some NPs do not allow aerosol cans) or you may have to stick to a certain area. If you promise to keep it clean and can assure such, I don't see any reason why not. You'd just have to call them up and ask.
