HiI have gas cooker and boiler in my flat, but now as tenant moved out I am planing to change cooker to elctricity and probably boiler as well.I want to change these to electricity as with last tenant there was lot of problem for gas safety check and possible health and safety issues with his (tenant) small childrens. But on the other hand I am afraid that although electric cooker and boiler might be better for health and saftety reason but it will cause huge bills to potential new tenant.Any ideas or suggestion what shoud I do.Only UK answers please.
gas is a lot better then electric. and if you are woried about the bill then you could just buy a gas cooker. you know the ones they use for camping. personally i dont see how electric cooker and boiler could be better for health reasons. but electric is alot safer. either way gas or electric you will still get a bill.
The gas guy has maximum probly carried out a Drop try on the gas meter, and while this try is finished the gas is grew to become off. he maximum probable forgot to tutor the ggas decrease back on. verify and verify it particularly is placed decrease back on.
