ge model#gtwn4450m0ws blows house fuses electrical work in house is fine ,problem is the washer.everything else works in that outlet
Maybe it's something in the filter, or something that got past the filter and is clogging further on, making the washing machine work harder than it should. I suggest this because that's what happened with my air conditioner. ttyt, it looked like a felt protective covering but it was actually an accumulation of cat hair. Not all the repairmen in the world spotted it. My neighbour figured it out, because she has the same machine and hers has a grid where I had felt, which she peeled off. Good luck.
GE blows period. Don't buy GE anything. I get nervous every time I fly and see the jet engines with their brand name on them
No there are no fuses. yet you may plug a lamp, radio or cellular telephone charger in to verify which you do have potential on the outlet. different than that there is a fill swap that we could the timer be responsive to whilst the washer is crammed with water. if it quite is the two broken or disconnected in a single way or the different there could be no reaction from the timer different than possibly the final element of the cycle to offload the water.
you just need to trouble shoot the problem I might start with seeing if water is leaking onto electrical components you say its just the machine as you have tried other items on same circuit BUT are there many things on same circuit when machine is on ? anyway . no simple answer I wouldnt have thought unless theres a known component failure on these machines
