Answer:

I haven't been to college in 20 or 30 yearsmy attempt at writing an algorithm/pseudocode for something this simplistic would essentially look like the program itselfI think in an algorithm you want to capture the details of any math involved (or the idea is totally lost), just like the same for your codeif you are missing something crucial to the working of the algorithm, and you don't tramsmit/communicate that idea in your algorithm and the detail is lost, the other person is not going to get it and will not be able to write usable code or will throw up their hands in disgustparticularly, determine the best center to recycle at to me is glaringly ambiguous, but then that's me - if I were employing a coder and wanted pseudocode, I would want them to show the math - and I don't like magic numbers where I can avoid itIf you have a process in place, show itIf not, and you are trying to hide your company's secret processes from spying eyes, then don't show the details but you will have to bow to your professor's wants, so i guess for now it's an experiment to find out what that ispersonally I think they will ding you if you don't give the math details.
What they do that requires access to the inside of your home, is to install at least the ONT power supply inside, and cable from it to the ONT They may need to run network cable from the ONT to a central point to where they install their routerThey may need to re run some telephone wiringOutside they need to install the ONT (if it doesn't get installed indoors), usually next to where the old telephone and other utility lines enter your houseBefore all that though, a separate crew runs the fibre line to the outside of your houseThey may do an initial survey, to see if you can get fibre for sure, and what they need to install it.
