give reason for it is difficult for afire man to hold a hose which ejects large amount of water at high veloci?
I have the same burn problem because I'm a redhead. My skin is so sensitive that I can get burnt in about 20 minutes. Here's what you do, First of all you heal that sunburn. Heal it with the aloe as well as a daily moisturizer, maybe cocoa butter at first because your skin is so dry from the sun right now. Put it on your eyelids as well, just make sure not to get it in your eyes. Then when the sunburn is gone, what I do is use Olay Complete all day UV moisturizer UV skin shield SPF 15. I use that every night and every morning so I always have sunscreen on my face and neck. It also helps with wrinkles, I'm only 21 but I don't want the sun to be the reason I have wrinkles so I use this and it really works. Also, you need to use a foundation (powder or liquid whichever you prefer) with a sunscreen in it. I use Physician's Formula Mineral wear. It has an SPF of 16. And another way to rehydrate your skin is drink a lot of water everyday. That will help your sunburn not completely eat away at your skin and it helps prevent wrinkles. So use an everyday moisturizer because wrinkles only come from dryness and loss of elasticity which is from lack of water, and use an SPF make-up and and and Drink LOTS of water. And try to keep a small tube of sunscreen in your purse for days out in the sun but the moisturizer and make up will help you A LOT!!! Hope this helps you out. I know exactly how you feel. I'm sorry.
