m not a big guy, im an ex swimmer, so i dont have a lot of mass, but i have some, and im way tone.but today i worked out, and yes my bench weight isnt very high, im just starting.10 reps w/ 110lbs bench10 reps flys 60 lbs (on the machine *both arms*)25 Pushups (Did that twice)then i tapered down and did:15 reps w/ 100lbs bench10 reps flys 60 lbs (on the machine *both arms*)20 PushupsMore taper:15 reps w/ 90lbs bench (very slowly)12 reps flys 50 lbs (on the machine *both arms*)20 PushupsThat was chest, i did triceps too and i do abs every timeanyone know good tricep workouts, I always just take alike a 40, or a 50 and put it above my head, and raise and lower it like 90 degrees to 180 degrees, and that kills after enough reps, but any other ideas id greatly appreciate!
