the 1200 calories is good try eating 5-6 small healthy meals throughout your daycut out soda-i know its hard i used to drink it all the time too and im now going into my 3rd week of dieting-no soda! and i dont even crave one anymoredrink water before your meals so then it fills you up somejog/walk on treadmill for about 40 minutes 5 times a weekworking for me!
