Answer:

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
Add extra 10 or 15 mins to your cardio routine
dog paddle for 17 minutes
the 1200 calories is good try eating 5-6 small healthy meals throughout your daycut out soda-i know its hard i used to drink it all the time too and im now going into my 3rd week of dieting-no soda! and i dont even crave one anymoredrink water before your meals so then it fills you up somejog/walk on treadmill for about 40 minutes 5 times a weekworking for me!
My vote would be for angora rabbits or alpacasAdvantages of rabbits over alpacas is that the fiber is softer, they're cheaper, and you don't need to have a shearer (or learn to do it yourself)You would be cuddling them and brushing them like your favorite lap dogOn the flip side, one shearing of an alpaca would make a sweaterIt takes a little longer to collect hair from brushing a rabbitAlso, alpaca fiber can have more stretch than angoraYou can learn more about the care and processing at a fiber festival, like Sheep to Shawl, or perhaps even a county or state fair where owners bring them to showA local feed store might be able to point you to animal owners who would assist you.
