Couple questions, How much fiber are you suppose to have a day? What is fiber good for? What foods are high in fiber either fruits and veggies or any man made foods? If you have any answers that would be really helpful!!!

Answer:

I believe everyone's body is differentI can remember some years ago, I used to eat a large quantity of fruits and vegetablesI love fresh raw veggie salads, with little or no meat at allWhen I did that, I used to go a lotNow is not half as often as I did back thenI believe my body has changed as I got older.
No, not necessarilyOutput is in relationship to inputMost folks don't eat a lot of the right stuff, so they get constipated- and when they start eating they do go more often than they are accustomed toIn your case, you evidently were not constipated and the increased fiber intake hasn't made a big changeWhat counts really is not the number of times you go, nor the amount you go- but the fact that you do go at fairly regular intervals and it's not difficult or uncomfortableHow often you go is variable in healthy people, some folks go every day, some every other day, some every 3 daysAs long as you know you've eaten properly and aren't having any troubles going, don't worry about it a lot.
20 to 30 grams of fiber is recommended by the ADAFlax seed wheat bran whole wheat flour, whole wheat pasta Most fruits and vegetables Nuts Don't forget to drink plenty of water as well because without it causes digestion problems.i.econstipation, etc.
Are you drinking enough water? Contrary to what you might think, sometimes an overload of fiber can make you constipatedTry eating some foods with fat in them (that is what comes out anyway) and drinking lots of liquidIf you are very constipated sometimes caffeine helps as well!
