Do you think it is possible to get a good condition laptop for that price?
Well not for gaming or video editing. But if you just want to go online and stuff, you could probably get a p3 thinkpad or something of craigslist for that price.
You could only get used laptops at that price although good condition laptops tend to sell for a bit more. Although you haven't stated what currency you're using so it could well be that $100 will buy you a lot of brand new really high end laptops.
