Depends where you live really. The Royal Welsh College of Music Drama does all of those. Many celebrities started off there. Problem is, it's in Cardiff. Not really aware of any others sorry. Hope I helped.
There are many performing arts programs out there. One of university that you might not have heard of yet is Oklahoma City University. OCU's dance performance program might be exactly what you are looking for. Oklahoma City University's dance and arts management programs produce graduates that enjoy lifelong careers in the entertainment industry.
If you want Broadway you cannot do better then NYU Tisch. At one point, Tisch could boast that they had an alumni in every show on Broadway. At NYU Tisch they have a musical theater department that is called CAP21. That would be the one to go for. They are selective and only take 60 students. As a back up, Marymount Manhattan also has a MT department and is a bit easier to get into. Going to school in NYC, allows the opportunity for casting agents to see you. They come to school productions and also master classes are taught by current Broadway directors etc. You are also right in the city and have an opportunity to audition for things. NYC is the place to make connection for the theater as well. Many future Broadway productions have sprung from students at the schools such as Spring Awakenings from NYU Tisch. Talented students on Directors tracts cast from within the school.
