I totally spaced out what he told me, I know dumb!

Answer:

Iran is still young with it's space program, the US was very similar early onIran does not return to the ground, all its rockets are expendableEven for the US, it only takes a small control room to launch the rocketThe larger control rooms monitor various systems, and there's even a control room dedicated to monitoring the range (area around the launch site), and another control room to monitor weather.
On the now rare occasions that NASA launches anything at all it tends to be much larger and more sophisticated than anything the Iranians can so far manageIran's launch vehicle, if they even have one, does not return to ground and is not reusable - that is utter clap trap
You really don't have to worry too much about itJust apply a light amount of AD before bed, rub it in as best you can, and wear a clean shirtIf it sticks, it sticks, not much you can do to stop that, just do not wrap it before bed, you want it to breatheIf you wake up stuck to your shirt, like mentioned, use a bit of water to help loosen it up then gently clean it with mild soap and your fingers, no wash clothes or anything abrasive When showering, suffer through warm/cooler showers for now, you don't want to take hot showers, that can open up your pores and you can sweat ink outJust like when you clean it throughout the day, pat it dry with a paper towel try to avoid the towel in that spot to keep fibers and other stuff from sticking to the tattoo It should start to 'dry out' after 4-6 days, so sleeping will be a lot easier after thatYou can have the best of intentions when going to bed, but chances are you might roll over on itJust try to avoid any shirts that seem 'fluffy' and use sheets that are low fiber count and blankets like that, there's less of a chance you'll stick.
