well im 195 lbsim 5'11 and i also drink quite a bitwhich is one of the reasons i got this bellyim also workin out which looks to me like it only helps me from gaining more weight but im not loosing anyi have trouble eating the things i should eat because im living with my parents and sometimes they have no foods so im forced to eat fast foodsmy question iswhat can i eat to help me lose weighti already know how to excersise and all i just dont get the eating part of itplease give me easy to make foods and cheap ones cus i am currently broke so i only eat whats at home.
