sorry im letting my friend borrow my xbox for 2 nights but here is how to do it single player. First make sure the difficulty is on normal of course because this is by far the hardest skull to get out of the 13 i think it is. Once you get outside where the wraiths and the skull location is just kill all the grunts elites ghosts etc but leave the wraiths, then go back and the beach area which is closest to the door you came out of will hold a transportation warthog. Grab that and just circle around the silo till the warthog is at its highest point, this may take you a few goes but as the wraith will be attacking you, but once youve found the perfect and highest spot you should have enough time to place it jump out jump on the hog, then jump on the silo and then grab the skull.
