Hi Dear My pressure cooker is exactly have same problem and I solved it Are you know how? If you search around handle you can find a tiny object that moves front and back into handle that is most of times 99% do not work properly after some years , I use a aluminum paper to push it back and after that all of the leakages solved :D Warning : with this work your pressure cooker auto lock under pressure is disabled so never do not try to open it under pressure because it will blast on you!! first try changing the gasket then change the pressure cookerWe change ours every year changing the gasket sometimes doesn't work.
