I'm just curious does anyone have any stories they can tell of spells preformed that have worked. When I was in middle school I was really into all thing mysterious and tried a love spell on a guy so that he would see me or notice me.It worked for awhile
I tried doing a love spell about 2 weeks ago. I made the spell up myself. I used rose quartz and rose petals. It didn't really work at first but after a while the guy I liked seemed more interested in me. He would look at me in the hallways and on the 2nd to last day of school he looked like he was about to say something to me. That was my first and only spell though. I'm planning to do more in due time. :) It is the intent of the spell that counts. And remember not to use any spells that would harm anyone mentally, physically, or emotionally.
Spells are just concentrated intent on the spellcasters part. It is exhausting mentally to keep up the focused intent but the spell works as long as the spellcaster keeps up the focus. This you discovered yourself. But to continually be manipulating the reality of the Universe is not only ill advised but becomes the pursuit of a demented mind after a while. It is easier and more right to allow the events of this reality to unfold as they are meant to. Yes have done a few before I learned better. They worked.
I've done many that worked; but I do think the notion of permanence needs to be reevaluated. I mean, how many feelings and emotions in regular life are really permanent? And much of what magic does is mental or emotional influence (unless you're talking about that Harry Potter stuff where you can physically make money just fall from the sky -- which obviously most occultists are not able to do.) Anyway, I tend to think of magic as being best used to create a one-time event and from there it's up to you to use it to the best of your ability. I find with magic that my best ones are often those that I don't put a lot of thought into afterwards (that is, the spell isn't my last hope for some dire situation, so I'm able to basically forget I even did the spell.) Often I'll be sitting weeks later thinking Wow, I sure got lucky the last couple weeks with business/romance/personal success/whatever -- oh hey, it was probably the spell I did a few weeks ago. It DID work! I have had success too with the ones where I was wringing my hands waiting urgently for results, but usually not as strong and not as happy as the workings where I could put it all out of mind once finished.
Yes, I have done spells that worked. But then I've been doing them for 30+ years. Do spells work? Just like Does Christian prayer work? the answer is, Yes, sometimes. It is important when casting a spell that you do no harm. For instance, if you want to get rid of an annoying, lawbreaking, inconsiderate neighbor, don't do a spell for them to just go away. Do a spell for them to find a better place to live, so they'll be happy moving out. (Yes, I've done this.) You can also do loss of power spells if someone in your life is being particularly obnoxious to you. It won't do them harm, but it will decrease their power to cause you grief. (Yes, I've done this.) Regarding love and attraction spells, I personally don't recommend them. You want the person to be attracted to you because he/she finds you attractive, not because there's an outside influence. You'd spend the rest of your life wondering, Does he/she really love me? Or is it just the spell? Spells are simply directing energy to do what you want. Nothing Satanic, nothing sinful, nothing mysterious.
I pratice wicca and the first spell i ever did was to get the love of my life to notice me more...he used to not even spit in my direction...one day in school i offered him a resses peanutbutter cup...he said gross i don tknow where thats been...i went to the bathroom and cryed my eyes out... i did a spell and a few weeks later he came up to me and asked if i wanted to eat breakfast the next morning at school with him. I said yes. I got only an apple an poked me and gave me half of his doughnut..i was sooo happy an dto this day he still notices me
