check it nowit should be flaky and seperate easily when touched with a fork or be 145 degreesit's probably done
I stayed there a couple of times, the only drawbacks that I can think of are the lack of an elevator and it can be a little noisy because of the proximity of the Nuyorican Cafe, other than that is the best bet you can find in Old San Juan.
