Aren't they HORRIBLE?When I had mine in, food would *constantly* being getting stuck up there, and it was painful when someone had to put the little key in there and crank it. Also, if I chewed gum, it would just STICK to the thing.Once, I got it off, I was happy but the roof of your mouth is so raw and disgusting for about an hour that you really don't wanna touch it with your tongue.*Also, I'm going to be getting braces off in a few weeks, does it hurt?
