If it is a child - tel he he will lose something he likes very much if he isn't in bed by the time you count to 10, then start slowly counting. If it is your husband/BF, start kissing him and rubbing his special place - if he doesn't come to bed, you need a new man.
I'm guessing it's a man you're talking about.if it is then maybe he has sexual problems he's not telling you.Maybe he's afraid you will reject him or something like that.I think you two should talk,sex is very important in a couple.
