healthy dinner idea's for a low calorie diet?

Im going on a diet and I need some healthy dinner idea's, exept the problem is that im awful at cookingI need something that can be easily made with not much cooking or preparation.I want something high protein with hopefully will provide two of my five a day fruit and vegatables.I want something preferably under 400 or around that markI do not like cheese or many dairy products so nothing like thatAlso nothing like a sandwich or soup, because i will have soup for lunch most daysThanks.

3 or 4 skinless chicken breasts, put in 9 x 12 panPut aluminum foil in pan(easy clean up)Sprinkle with some garlic powder(not salt), pepper, and paprikaAdd cut up carrots, sweet potatoe, green beans, and some broccoliCover pan with aluminum foil, and put in oven at 400 for about 45 minutesShould have enough for 3 dinnersMake sure chicken inner temp is about 160-180 degreesEat one breast with some of the veggiesStore the other 2 or 3 breast in seperate containers, and you have a ready made meal to microwave another day.
