Healthy IRON Foods?

I need to know what are the Healthiest Foods that contain Irons. I know leafy greens and beans and meats but, what do you suggest?

Answer:

Some healthy foods that contain iron include cream of wheat, energy bars, and sometimes chillis / processed foods. A lot of dried fruits contain iron as well (prunes, especially). Be sure that you avoid calcium when consuming iron, since it blocks the absorption of iron. Vitamin C, on the other hand, enhances the absorption of iron. If you are deficient in iron, consider supplementing with a multi-vitamin that contains iron, (Theragran M worked for me).
