Hello,I bought a camera,and I use a memory card,I put it into my computer,then go to My Computer,and click on it,but it says I need to format it #92;I know I need a card reader,I don't have on but,there is a whole for memory cards in my laptopWhat should I do?Thanks!
You can get a quality card reader for a few dollars should your internal card reader not function correctly. Can you play back your card through your Camera and it has Images? So the card is formatted and has images. If you cannot your pictures were never recorded in the first place so your computer has a non formatted blank card it thinks you wish to put data on not get pictures off. If you have in camera card images do you not have a cable connector that goes from camera to the computer and you have remembered to run the Disc you got, with the camera, in your computer before your attempt to upload your pictures? If you have never before transferred that is the most possible cause of your problem so check the box and see if you can find instructional and upload CD/dvd with program and details on.
the connector port that it plug into may be undesirable on the motherboard,also bypass the the gadget manager on the right click view click instruct all contraptions hidden and see once you've any purple x's
