Hello, I want some figures about schematic diagram of the inside of distillation towers and heat exchangers.
Try the process and instrumentation handbook found in the university library. They cover boilers and air-conditioning etc. If you want just the basic idea and layout I can explain it to you. Heat exchangers come in many forms but mainly the bigger ones have plates with a specific route cut out to allow the water to flow through. At the factory I worked at before we had very nice heat exchangers. Distillation columns basically separate liquids by means of pressure and temperature. My friend worked for Sasol and he should know more.
Our chemical engineering handbook had this information inside. Book weighs 40 lbs but has tons of information :)
