Help I feel sick after I eat?

After I eat anything I get extremely gassy(any food basically does it).I also get a gurgle in my stomach,I also have acid relflux is it because of that or no?Note:I'm not pregnant i'm on the depo shotThis has been going on for awhile but just has got to be bothersome.And I almost forgot I burp so much

My science teacher showed us how to do it in high school, but I wasn't paying attention at the time.
The best thing would be checking with your Doctor, but you could also try below steps:) 1.Learn what causes initial gas (like swallowed air causes gas, or if you have a habit of using sugar-free drinks (diet soda) or hard candy,soluble fiber (vegetables: broccoli,green beans.), lactose intolerance: dairy products specially Milk2.Change what you eat by being a food detective: watch what you eat how much you take and when you take itfor example chewing gum after meal causes bloating, or watch out for the type of oil you use to fry food,consuming raw veggies makes a lot of people feel bloated3.Change how you eat food: Eat slowly, so as to avoid gulping air as you are filling your bellyAvoid chewing gum and hard candyyou could try having a glass of cold water (not so cold) 30 mins before every meal to help with bloating and acid reflux 4.Change what you drink for example if you like orange juice , mix it up with cold water that way you wont feel bloated and discomfort by acid reflux5.avoid eating fruits like : orange,tangerine,grape fruit,lime (acid fruits or citrus fruits ) at night or right after meal6.try to have fruit yogurt before bedtime instead of chocolate milk or heavy meal.if you could give the probiotic yogurts a try.(ralphs,albertsons,any grocery market) you'll kill two birds with one stoneprobiotics will help balancing the bacterias responsible for digestion (gas)and yogurt itself will cool down your acid refluxGood Luck :)
