season with bit salt/pepper.put in oven 350F for about 30-40min depending on how thick the chicken is.check to make sure 165F thickest part .and is clear juices not pink juices it'll be moist n tender u seem to be over cooking it.n probably on too high of heat so it's drying out
A boneless skinless chicken breast takes 25-35 minutes at 350FYou're likely cooking yours too long or at too high of heat.
You are over cooking themOver cooked chicken is dry and toughUse a meat thermometer and the minute they are 165 degrees in the thickest part, they are done.
You can try 2 thingsYou can put a little water in the pan, while putting the chicken on a wire rack or you can cover itYou can also squirt some lemon juice over the top as it cooks.
IBS can be releaved by several methods, some of which you have done (diet modification)Unfortunately due to the exclusion of foods, you most likely removed most of the fiber from your diet (no wheat / no bread)Fiber has been shown to relieve most of the problems due to IBSFiber helps in 2 ways, it is not digested and therefore forms bulk to solidify the stool ( no diarhea) and the fiber also retains water to soften the stool ( no constipation)Since you have foods that are restricted and the jury is still out on what kind of fiber to use for IBS I recommend bothPsyllium husk (soluble fiber) and Flax seed (insoluble fiber) would be the best sourcesUse about 10 grams of each dailyThese are healthy foods that serve to improve your diet regardless of your IBS as because of the omega 3 acids in flax and the benefits of pyllium in lowering cholesterol.
