So I have a Saturn SL1, I was have Transmission problems with slippage and slamming into gears. So I did some research and was told a new (rebuilt) valve body would fix it. So I put in a new valve body today and and now there is no slippage, but it slams REALLY hard in 3rd and 4th gear. Does my new valve body just need to re-learn the shifting patterns or is this just a bad valve body or what? All advice would really help thanks.
the transmission may have been damaged and the gears may need to be replaced.
How much transmission fluid did you put in it? Was it new fluid and is it the proper fluid for the transmission?
i think chrome rimsi always wanted that truck to put rims on
