Personally, I find the better mill/aggro Ally deck to be Blue/Green, using the creature base of Halimar, Loremaster, Umara, Turntimber, and Haribaz (Haribaz + Loremaster is a sick sick combo), with Jwari, Clone, and the killer Rite of Replication for a finish. Then splash in cards like Ponder and Divination to get through your deck faster, and maybe something like Canopy Cover or Vines of Vastwood for defense against spot-kills.
