Question:

Help with renting a house for senior week?

I need to rent a house for senior week and most places don't let seniors rent them and i need to book one soonI need a house that sleeps about 10 and it needs to be on the east coast most likely in NC, SC, VA, MD, NJ, DE in that order from prefered to least preferedWe can afford about 3000 for the week or 300 per person, so if you know of a site it would be a great help.

Answer:

Definitely check out the Outer BanksI've been staying down there with friends for a few years now and have been finding some amazing houses for cheapYou're not going to find the night/social life that there would be in a place like the Jersey Shore, so for the most part, you'll be drinking around the house and pool, but you can afford houses that are nice enough to make that an OK suggestionWe always went through Southern Shores RealtyOur last house was a little more than what you're looking to spend, but overall, we paid about $100 more per person (and with 13 people total) and had everything we needed.a house on the water, a private dock, a swimming pool with swim-up bar and even an elevator (fwiw)There was one bar in town, but plenty of places to buy booze for cheap, and within walking distanceThe off-season rates are ridiculously cheap too if you don't make it down there for this trip at least Check out Duck and Corolla, but I think there's some more to do near Kill Devil Hills, Kittyhawk and Nags Head Never been to O.C., MD or SC for a vacation, but I've been to the Inner Harbor (nice, but not for this I'm thinking), Virginia Beach (went young, so not sure about partying there), Rehoboth Beach, DE (there are more beaches around there, and I assume it's cheap, but you're really getting the beach at the bay, and not the ocean.no waves) and NJNJ probably has the most options of all of the choices, but may be the priciest AND the without a doubt, definitely the strictest.
