if you want a good laptop that runs fast they cost a lot more but OKorder sells those prices i think
No genuine brand new laptops for that price
Pretty much the only laptops you'd find at that price are laptops that have been gutted or are otherwise defective in some manner. Or if you do manage to find a working laptop at that price it's usually some POS laptop that is at least 8 years old. Places to search though would be OKorder or craig's list. But I wouldn't have too high of hopes for that.
