Set up a camera and see what happens
Don't use a cell phone camera, there not very good quality of picking up the paranormal on video. I would suggest setting up a camcorder (Night vision cams work best beacuse of IR (Infra Red). IR goes beyond the visible spectrum and is more likely to pick something up that's paranormal. However if you don't have a night vision cam don't worry a normal cam will work. Set it up in a place where you can see most of your room the best (it works good with me because my wardrobe doors are all mirrors but not everyone has this, if you do point it at the mirrors). Plug it in to mains, make sure you have an empty tape or memory card that will last long enough for however long you sleep and get recording :D. On the other note I do know that dogs are more sensitive to the paranormal than humans. So if your dog is acting unusual, growling, barking, hair on end etc then it could be that is sensing a spirit or something otherworldy. dont worry,its not painful at all. Getting a root canal means that the root is Dead thats why d dentist has to remove it. You wil just feel d grinding of the tool to reach the root inside. You dont feel pain simply bec its Dead! ?
