How to make the rotor flowmeter stable?
Adjust instrument damping (damp) parameters, damping, smooth display of data, etc.
Make sure the pipe is full of liquid, without excessive bubbles.
The best choice is to install horizontally or down.
Ensure the installation point straight pipe section requirements (the first 10 pipe diameter, after 5 pipe diameter above) as far as possible from the pump, valve, three place installation.
