HI, I really need to know if anyone has the inside information on how to get in touch with someone with some authority at Bank Of America. I am talking about their Corporate Headquarters, etc. Please dont offer the 800# that is beyond uselessI need a big wigs inside number, email, anything/?? I appreciate your help.

just like in Gulliver's Travels, you have to convince the flapper that your reason is important enough that he should flap the big man's ears to draw attention to you and your issue. So far, you've given no reason why anyone should flap the big man's ears. *** So, start with the Manager of the unit you are dealing with and work your way up the ladder. the alternative is to do a complete end run and file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency, or enlist the assistance of your local tv/newspaper's consumer assistance program. have fun
