High Fiber Foods?

I have heard that a high fiber diet is great for getting in shape and losing weightIs this true? And what are some foods that are high in fiber?I have been eating fruits and Kashi go lean high fiber cereal for breakfast, but lost for lunch, dinner, and snacks? Thank you for any help!

High fiber foods really help in losing weight! green leafy vegetables are high in fiber, Weetabix are high in fiber toobecause they make you go to the restroom more often and therefore you lose more weight.
always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
ask your guy to massage you for an hour and 50 minutes
beware of hidden sugars
run 5 percent of a marathon at a 10 minute mile pace
